Nowadays,the economical transformation and upgrading of China is becom ing more and more imperative e specially under the inc reasingly fierce market competition.As companies,how to seize the opportunity and c ope with the challenges as well as grab the market share in this go lden era? In a way,one of the most deter mining factor to the sustained development of the company who wants to enhance its m arket competitive power during this transformation time is its level of hum an resource management,which plays a very im portant role all tim e.Among that,we all know the level of the scientific performance appraisal management is the determining factor with its core functional effect.It is the premise to improve the enterprise management and competitive power as well as the sustained development.The rapidly economical development requires higher quality of the performance appraisal m anagement in de veloping companies.Thus it is the ur gent problem for the m ost private enterp rises with weakness perform ance appraisal management to build and perfect a scientific system of performance appraisal management,who have to keep the talents,build their core competitiveness,thus realize their strategical goals.Under the prem ise investigation,this essay m ainly used the m ethods of stuff-interviewing and infor mation accessing to design this research of the perform ance appraisal system for the staf f at the basic level.Based on t he relevant theory,the essay used the interviews as a breakthrough point to describe the status of the D Corporation ‘s performance appraisal management system of common staff as well as analyzes the cause and the problems,which has led to some conclusions.Some fundamental problems like the staff’s misunderstanding of the performance assessment,the unreasonable design of the index,the poor communication during the pro cess and th e useless appeals against the results which did not really play its encour aging role in the end.To deal w ith these problems,the essay mainly used KPL to improve the D Corporation’ s performance appraisal management system,thus to elim inate the disadvantage and bad effects to the most extent as well as consummate the incen tive mechanism to promote the level of the performance assessment.The ultimate goal is to enlarge the competitive advantages,shape the vitality of the enterprises as well as promote sustainable and stable development of enterprises.The essay has a positive practical value for the D com pany and looks forward to be a useful reference for those private enterprises who also d evote themselves to diversified development.
