Research The Labor Cost Management Of Oil Production Plant In Zhongyuan Oil Field

Zhongyuan Oilfield was discovered in 1975,after 30 years of development,has developed into a kind of oil and gas exploration and development,engineering and technical services,oil and natural gas chemical industry comprehensive advantages such as large state-owned enterprises,has become an important production base of petroleum and natural gas in eastern Chinese.But as the old Eastern oil fields,compared to other domestic oil companies,the cost of Zhongyuan Oilfield are particularly serious,especially in the management of labor cost,old style,the old system seriously restricts the human cost management reform.The oil of total employment,redundant personnel,post setting repeat,employee production enthusiasm is not high,low efficiency oilfield,social responsibility burden,the labor cost structure is not reasonable.Eventually lead to a large amount of wages,the average wage is low,labor costs and other irrational structure of some of the problems.Labor cost is the second largest cost of petroleum engineering enterprises.It is of great significance to enhance the cost management of petroleum engineering enterprises.In Zhongyuan oil field as an example,there are total labor costs,the proportion of high growth,high speed and low cost characteristics,the main reason is that the long-term oil production plant of labor costs and management,lack of a correct understanding of the current system mechanism is not reasonable,the actual labor cost management is not in place.This paper attempts to strengthen the understanding,innovation mechanism,reasonable job size,standardize accounting caliber,strictly control the total employment,optimize the employment structure,standardize labor management,establish labor cost management system and puts forward relevant countermeasures to optimize the existing labor cost management in oil production plant.
