The real estate business as a pillar industry of China's national economy,plays an important role in the development of market economy,performance evaluation for real estate enterprises,managers are focusing only on the work results,while ignoring the work itself and its related factors,and finally to make the evaluation invalid.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific and effective performance evaluation system for real estate enterprises to cope with the fierce market competition environment has an important role,but also the real estate enterprises to build the core competitiveness of the inevitable choice.The author studies the application of the Balanced Scorecard in the real estate enterprise,and takes the M real estate enterprise as an example to study,expecting to provide some reference value for the performance evaluation of the real estate enterprise.This paper describes the performance evaluation and the Balanced Scorecard theory,defined the concept of performance and performance evaluation,the Balanced Scorecard and the content and characteristics,theoretical basis for the following text;secondly,the M real estate enterprise as an example,describes the current performance evaluation system of M real estate enterprises,and analysis of the existing problems,summed up the necessity of the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard and the applicability of the M real estate enterprises;thirdly,through the strategic analysis of M real estate enterprises,mainly including the mission,values,vision,strategy,strategic objectives and strategic theme map,evaluation index and set up four levels of weight calculation then,the index values are normalized,selection method for the comprehensive evaluation on the overall M real estate enterprise grey correlation analysis;finally,the results of performance evaluation And then find out the advantages and disadvantages of each aspect,and point out the direction of the future work and the condition of the balanced scorecard.
