At present,Q Real Estate Company has been using traditional management methods and financial indicators to evaluate the company's performance.However,with the great changes in labor production structure,Q Real Estate Company's performance measurement method should also be changed.Therefore,if you want to meet the necessary conditions for organizational assessment and management,you must set up a strategic performance evaluation index system that combines the company's strategy and closely combines financial and non-financial indicators.Based on the development needs of Q real estate company's transformation,this paper uses the balanced scorecard as a performance evaluation method,and expands the four dimensions of the traditional balanced scorecard to five dimensions,adding resources and environment dimensions,and constructing a new balanced scorecard to evaluate Q real estate company's strategic performance,so as to better reflect Q real estate company's characteristics.First of all,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of Q Real Estate Company's current performance evaluation methods,finds out the corresponding problems,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of introducing the Extended Balanced Scorecard to evaluate Q Real Estate Company's strategic performance.Secondly,draw Q real estate company's strategic map,depict the company's strategy by analyzing the strategic map,explain the company's future goals,and decompose the strategic map to construct five dimensions of financial,customer,internal process,learning and growth,resources and environment,and clarify the causal and logical relationship between the financial dimension,customer dimension,business process dimension,learning and growth dimension.Thirdly,according to the basic principle of the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the relevant indicators are set up at Q real estate company level,and the weights of the selected indicators are assigned and quantified.AHP is mainly used to determine the weights of the indicators and get the index system of strategic performance evaluation.Finally,the data of Q Real Estate Company in 2015,2016 and 2017 are evaluated by expert scoring,the collected expert scoring questionnaires are summarized,the expert scoring results are finally calculated in the form of arithmetic average score,and the evaluation grades are distinguished,and the evaluation scores of Q Real Estate Company in 2015 are 78.95,C +,2016 are 81.32,B,2017 are 84.46 and B respectively.According to the final evaluation results,countermeasures and suggestions are given from the two aspects of improving company performance and promoting the application of strategic performance evaluation indicators to upgrade Q Real Estate Company's current performance evaluation index system.
