Research On Matching Supply And Demand Of Sharing Rental Car

The development of economy and the advance of urbanization have triggered more and more demand for cars.Increasing car ownership in city have caused a series of social problems,such as road congestion,parking difficulties,waste of resources and environmental pollution,etc.In recent years,the sharing rental cars have gradually entered into people's vision,which is a kind of transaction form to separate the use rights and ownership of the asset.It is beneficial to achieve resource sharing and reduce the total amount of social vehicles.Compared to the drawbacks of traditional mode of car rental which has complicated process,cumbersome procedures and a long lease,car sharing rental model is fast,convenient,and has flexible rental time and place based on the Internet.In order to improve vehicle utilization,customers' satisfaction and obtain greater profits,it is necessary to study the problem of vehicle supply and demand matching under the sharing and rental model.In this dissertation,we take the sharing rental cars model as the research object.First,this dissertation introduces the influence of the car sharing on transportation,resources and environment.Also this dissertation points out the problems faced by the current development of the sharing rental car by comparing the traditional leasing process and the emerging shared leasing process,as well as the characteristics of the domestic and international car rental companies.This dissertation summarizes the characteristics of the demand and supply of the automobile under the mode of shared lease,and constructs a causal loop diagram to describe the one-way car sharing rental system.It helps to provide the ideas for the specific location and optimal scheduling strategy.Second,this dissertation puts forward a kind of optimization scheme for selecting the leasing points in the same index system in order to select the sharing car rental network layout.By selecting the decision evaluation index of the sharing rental car,the index system of the location layout is constructed,and the judgment matrix and the weight of each index layer are obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Taking Nanjing,Hangzhou and Shanghai as an example,I calculates the evaluation value of the distribution network of sharing rental cars,and proves the feasibility and rationality of this index system.Finally,this dissertation studies the problem of vehicle scheduling in sharing rental mode.Considering the needs of sharing rental car users,we presents a scheduling optimization model according to consumers' demand,cost and income.Based on comprehensive merit,the double ordering heuristic algorithm is adopted to solve this problem.Ultimately the goal of maximizing transportation revenue and optimizing transportation process is achieved.
