Our country's economic has a rapid growth since China's reform and opening up,but our country's financial industry development is relatively slow.In our country,commercial bank is the main body,indirect financing is given priority to with bank credit financing in the financing of Chinese society,good management of the banking sector to the development of financial industry and even the entire national economy is of crucial importance.As the interest rate marketization and RMB internationalization,facing the inside and outside of China's financial industry competition is gradually increasing.Therefore,the only constant innovation of China's financial industry,improve the mode of operation to win in the competition.In the financial sector of merger,acquisition and reorganization helps to achieve the rational allocation of resources,reduce costs,expand the scale,is conducive to the development of the financial industry.This article selects representative cases of M&A of China's financial industry,Ping An bank mergers SDB is studied,focusing on the acquisition of synergistic effect.Through this acquisition case studies,so as to our country financial industry after the merger,acquisition and reorganization and analysis of merger and the synergistic effect of put forward some ideas and inspiration.This paper first describes the research background,significance,methods,introduces the innovations and shortcomings,mergers and acquisitions,summarizes the related theory of the synergistic effect.Secondly,analyze the domestic and foreign scholars research literature,on the basis of summarizing the existing literature on the argument of this article is put forward.Detail the acquisition case again for later analysis,introduce the acquisition associated parties,mergers and acquisitions motivation and M&A process in detail.Then from a financial synergy with the two aspects of financial synergies to detailed analysis of the acquisition.The final overall evaluation to the whole M&A cases,and puts forward Suggestions for our country.This article selects 2010-2015 before and after the acquisition of data for analysis.In the actual process of analysis is given priority to with the acquisition of financial synergy effect,after the merger of bank's risk index,DuPont property index,profitability,solvency,growth ability index for detailed analysis.Concrete analysis using comparative analysis method:(1)their own data comparison before and after M&A;(2)compared with the same industry enterprises.
