Numerous financial institutions in China,the operation status is critical,especially along with our country began to implement the strategy of rejuvenating northeast old industrial base,to the further development of it and provide a more powerful external conditions.However,on the other hand,with the competition between Banks is more and more,the development of the bank and received from peers,challenge,under such pressure,it also gradually transfer its business center by the previous projects in the "customer".In this case,by what measures to clear the market of customer groups,to excavate the enterprise quality is big customer operation must consider the current key problem.Around the core customers,by enhancing service quality,optimize service team,for personalized service solutions,such as marketing,gradually improving customer loyalty and satisfaction to enterprises,maximize customer value,raise the business performance of the enterprise,promote enterprise's economic benefit maximization.In this study,the first in-depth explores the operation in the present customer marketing situation,and then based on the analysis on their big clients of the problems exposed by the comprehensive marketing services,as well as the factors of restricting its development,and gives corresponding improvement countermeasures,hope to be able to further enhance the industry competitiveness of the bank.This article,from the existing theory and related concept definition,clear object and integrated marketing services business philosophy,has from the actual as the breakthrough point,the implementation of the case study,the implementation of integrated marketing strategy,and the existing problems,and put forward solutions in view of the problems and improving measures.
