In the 13 th Five-Year period,green development,green economy and ecological civilization has become the main theme of China's economic development,construction of ecological demonstration area and the construction of national ecological civilization pilot area have been put forward.At the same time,the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council will promote the strategic adjustment of the structure as an important task,and the adjustment of the industrial structure is the core of the strategic adjustment of the structure.Therefore,under the current macroeconomic background,it is of great significance to study the optimization of industrial structure on the basis of analyzing and coordinating the development.This paper takes Jiangxi Province as the research object,in order to promote the Jiangxi Province industrial structure more reasonable,to further promote the coordinated development of Jiangxi province energy,environment and economy,based on a comprehensive analysis of Jiangxi province economy coordinated development of environment and energy situation,the status quo of Jiangxi Province industrial structure in a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and find out the optimal path.Firstly,this paper explains the concepts of coordinated development and optimization of industrial structure.Secondly,through the descriptive statistics analysis of Jiangxi province in recent years,the economic environment and development status of energy and characteristics,found in Jiangxi in recent years,the economy continues to rise at the same time,increasing environmental pollution.Thirdly,this paper adopts the information entropy method and the distance coordination model to measure and evaluate the coordinated development of Jiangxi province.The results show: from the comprehensive development index,development index of energy system has maintained a steady growth,a good momentum of development,economic development index system is growing rapidly,environment system development index is very low,the urgent need to change this situation;from the coordinated development degree evaluation,Jiangxi Province in recent years has been in a very uncoordinated,but the big fluctuation of the energy,environment and economy in Jiangxi Province three system coordinated development situation is not ideal,it is necessary to optimize the industrial structure.Finally,the optimization model is established on the basis of the above target economic growth,resource consumption and pollutant emission of multi constrained optimal control model,a reasonable set of model parameters and conditions,and then to the Jiangxi Province industrial structure optimization analysis.Through the analysis of the indexes before and after the optimization,it is found that there is great space for the optimization of the industrial structure in Jiangxi under the current economic development.In addition,the establishment of industry development standards division,according to the results of the division can be optimized industry is divided into key development industries,encouraging the development of industry,control the development of industries and restrictions on the development of industry in four categories.Based on the optimization results of optimization of industrial structure in Jiangxi province put forward four optimization proposals:(1)Increase investment in research and development,promote technological progress,promote the upgrading of the industrial structure;(2)To optimize the allocation of resources,to curb the high pollution enterprises to further development;(3)Increase the strategic emerging industries to support efforts;(4)To accelerate the industrialization of environmental protection.
