Sinopec fuel card issued in Jiangxi from 2005 up to now,already in the these years,fuel card to reduce the risk of a large amount of cash,and record the customer each top-up gas deal.For the enterprise,fuel card to reduce the cost of customer development and locking customers,access to customer data,expand market share,can be stored value for customers,preferential,value-added and bring convenience.Fuel card system has established the detailed customer files and information,integrated the transaction data to form the vast amounts of data,the stability of existing customers,potential customers,and has become the important research content of the oil industry retail.So far fuel card business sustainable development urgently need a shared services,marketing and customer information platform and tools,establish customer relationship management system.Through a partnership with the enterprise ERP and fuel card system,integrate customer information resources,within the enterprise to realize information and resource sharing.More perfect service is provided to the customer.This paper bases on customer relationship management theory,from the problems of sinopec y co.,ltd,combining theory study and practice,through the customer relationship management about fuel card of sinopec y co.,ltd,using the experience of peers,build a customer management system framework and the design of the node,on the basis of this model within the company to establish a new concept of customer relationship management,improve the relationship with customers and customer segments,personalized promotion scheme for the customer,improve customer satisfaction,increase customer viscosity.Through the arrangement of the specific implementation stage,forecast effect of the implementation of risk and ensure the project smoothly.Through analyzing of pilot customers and event planning is worked out the sample.This research can provide reference for fuel card marketing and related business,to enterprise’s actual business also has a positive practical significance.
