Research On The Animal Husbandry Development Strategy About Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture

Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is one of the ten Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Chin,and Gannan is the largest production base of grassland animal husbandry in Gansu province.The animal husbandry is the basic and dominant industry in Gannan,which affects the economic development of Gannan.For a long time,the focus of animal husbandry in Gannan is grassland animal husbandry,along with the deterioration of the ecological environment of the grasslands,relying on nature in the past,the extensive mode of animal husbandry has been unable to continue to maintain.In addition,consumers growing demand for animal products,coupled with the country put forward the "In-depth Development of the Western Region" and "Belt and Road Initiative" development strategy.The new stage and new environment has brought an opportunity to the development of animal husbandry in Gannan.Therefore,carefully analyze and consider the restricting factors of the animal husbandry development in Gannan,optimize the allocation of resources,research and formulat the development strategy of animal husbandry in Gannan,which is suitable for the actual objective conditions,but also suitable for the future trend of the animal husbandry development.It has important significance to the long-term harmonious development of society and economy and animal husbandry about Gannan.This paper according to guidance of the industrial organization theory,sustainable development theory and strategic management theory as a guide,combining with the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on animal husbandry development strategy,using the present situation of animal husbandry development in Gannan as a starting point,using methods of literature research,Interview method,fuzzy AHP analysis and formulation strategy analysis.First of all,through searching the ralated literature,statistical data and related policy information,etc,analyzed the internal and external environment of the animal husbandry development in Gannan.Analyze the external environment based on PESTEL model,analyze the industry structure and competitive environment,and build external factor evaluation(EFE)matrix.Analysis the internal environment based on the theory of value chain,and build internal factor evaluation(IFE)matrix.Secondly,the SWOT matrix method is used to carry out the strategic matching analysis,and ten alternative strategies are proposed to meet the development of animal husbandry in Gannan.Thirdly,the quantitative strategic planning(QSP)matrix is used to make decision analysis to determine the sum total attractiveness scores of feasible strategic actions,and to determine the three optimal strategies suitable for the development of animal husbandry in Gannan.Finally,according to the proposed animal husbandry development strategy in Gannan,put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects to effective implement the development strategy of animal husbandry in Gannan,hoping to provide some reference value for the development of animal husbandry in Gannan.
