Research On Software Outsourcing Of Beijing

With the change and development of the global value chain,refined production and service sectors of the international division of labor,service outsourcing as a new industry emerged,software service outsourcing as the representative of the industry also came into being,and in the increasingly rapid development of the world.Software outsourcing in China has been developed for nearly thirty years,with sufficient domestic demand market and favorable conditions in all aspects of good results.In recent years,as the Chinese capital of Beijing region,with its personnel and policy advantages,relying on infrastructure and good development environment,the development of software outsourcing industry has been vigorously promoted,and in the country in a lead ing position.However,there are many problems behind the rapid development,which makes many outsourcing enterprises face difficulties.In this paper,based on the relevant economic theory of software outsourcing,a large number of literature on software outsourcing is studied,and a comprehensive understanding of the development of Beijing software outsourcing.On this basis,the strategy from the perspective of Beijing software outsourcing industry development of Beijing from the software outsourcing market size and type,and software outsourcing enterprises,introduces the development status of Beijing software outsourcing industry.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the domestic and international environment of Beijing's software outsourcing industry from two aspects: the external and internal environment,and summarizes the main problems existing in the development of software outso urcing in Beijing.This paper focuses on the analysis of representative of Beijing software outsourcing enterprises--development of Beijing Bo Yan Technology Company;it is mainly introduced how to overcome the problems facing outsourcing enterprises,what is taken in the process measures,summarize its development mode and successful experience and reference for Beijing enterprises in the same industry.After the introduction of the development pattern and the successful experience of India software outsourcing,combined with the current situation of Beijing software outsourcing and existing problems,and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the development of Beijing software outsourcing industry.
