Research On International Software Outsourcing Improving Management Level Of Contractor

Since the manufacturing global restructuring and transfer in twentieth Century, theservice outsourcing which puts information technology outsourcing and businessprocess outsourcing as a representative, in the effect of the economic globalization,the social division of labor, the progress of the information technology and policymake and many other factors, has been the rapid development. As the origin of aearlier and an important form of outsourcing in service outsourcing, softwareoutsourcing has gradually developed into a new form of industrial organization, and isbeginning to emerge a trend which is developing from the onshore outsourced tooffshore outsourcing, and is extending from pure software development outsourcingto a larger scale, and wider field ITES-BPO. International software outsourcing hasbecome a economic activities which government sector, industry sector and academicdepartments and many other aspects pay close attention to jointly.The paper is on the basis of the previous paper and study, research on knowledgespillover to enhance local enterprise management level using the literature method,data analysis methods. This paper researches mainly from three aspects, that are thelocal software enterprises undertaking international software outsourcing capabilities,native enterprise management level and knowledge spillover effect way, and throughaccess to relevant literature and research model, we put forward the correspondinghypothesis and construct the model on knowledge spillover effect in internationalsoftware outsourcing. Then, we collect data in the form of questionnaire, and useSPSS16.0to further analysis of the data, in order to verify the model and hypotheses.Finally, according to the research of this paper, we put forward the correspondingsuggestions to the local software enterprises and policy. By literature review and factor analysis, the paper has summarized five kinds ofpossible realization path of the knowledge spillover effect in the internationalsoftware outsourcing: Demonstration effect of transnational Corporation, industrialcorrelation effect, industrial agglomeration, personnel flow effect, industry effect.Through correlation analysis and regression analysis, the paper draws the conclusion:the local software enterprises has improved the management level in deed in theundertaking of international software outsourcing process, and the demonstrativeeffect of transnational corporation is the most effective way to achieve. Through thepaper’s exploration and research, it has a great significance to how to grasp theopportunity and meet the challenge, to strengthen cooperation among enterprises, todevelop enterprise innovation effectively through knowledge acquisition andaccumulation and to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in China.The innovation points of this paper: Firstly, it establishes the realization model ofknowledge spillover in international software outsourcing. This article starts from theservice outsourcing industry--specific software outsourcing field--to study theknowledge spillover effect of realization way deeply. Through studies on the impactof domestic software enterprise management level, the paper establishes therealization model of knowledge spillover in international software outsourcing, andstudy model through the field survey and the analysis of survey data. Secondly, thispaper designs strategies of domestic software enterprises undertaking internationalsoftware outsourcing. By application of international software outsourcing knowledgespillover realization model, the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestion onthe local software enterprises how to strengthen cooperation with internationalsoftware enterprises and effectively obtain useful knowledge.
