Research On The Enterprise Software Outsourcing Strategy

Software outsourcing means an software enterprise chooses an appropriate outsourcing service partner, and subcontracted all or part of the work to the latter. In recent years the global software industry in another massive change, make China found the best time to cut into the market. But in Japan and the U.S. market breakthrough, prompted that over the years the rise of China's software outsourcing industry. How to grasp this best opportunity and government policy support and improve in the competitiveness of the international market has become China's software outsourcing enterprises most concern and fall to solve the problem. Although domestic already exists many software outsourcing enterprise development of the research, but research mainly focuses on software outsourcing industry in China, the development foreground some industrial macro level, few design enterprise internal concrete implementation of microscopic level.Therefore the author select one enterprise as the research object, closely analysis its formulation, selection and implementation of the strategy. It is aim is to help enterprises set up strategic consciousness, implement the strategic management, improve enterprise's competitiveness.In this paper, the development of an enterprise strategic research, the author will use both qualitative and quantitative methods for example, SWOT analysis method, the main external factor evaluation matrix and the internal factor evaluation matrix, etc.
