Market environment,business competitors,partners and other stakeholders are constantly changing and highly unstable.Industry chains face split and restructuring.Corporate boundaries blur makes it possible that companies integrate with each other.And globalization also makes enterprises have to face the situation which they operate in different markets among different countries.Enterprises need sustainable business model innovation to adapt to the dynamic,progressive and unstable environment above.As a new way of thinking of business management,Business model can guide enterprises to adjust and create value and achieve value effectively,it is the key to sustainable competitive advantage.Legitimacy of enterprises is easy to mobilize the the necessary resources to build a successful business model,it is a prerequisite for building a successful business model.Determine the customer value proposition,put forward customer problem solution,design a reasonable profit model......These are the questions every enterprise has to face with in the construction of business model.Business model innovation is the most economic form potential of entrepreneurship,however,with its high risk and low success rate.The main reason is that in the process of building a business model,the investment of resources is not the enterprise itself can be resolved.As a result,companies must strategically collaborate and interact with external resource owners who control these resources so that they are willing to invest the resources they need.When stakeholders invest resources,they measure the legitimacy of the business model.For the problems enterprises encounter in practice,this study will base on the view of institutional legitimacy by reviewing domestic and foreign researches.This Study will explore the motivators of business model innovation,and how they are affected by legitimacy factors.We open business model innovation mechanism basing institutional theory.
