Merger and acquisition of M company by C enterprise in the paper-making industry is taken as an example in the paper,the phenomenon and reason of core brain drain caused due to merger and acquisition are analyzed,and the targeted model of core brain drain is established.Core brain drain is very prominent in enterprise merger and acquisition,and reasonable brain drain can maximize individual utility and social utility.However,excessive core brain drain will cause huge losses to the enterprise.Through learning and research of related literature of the domestic and foreign scholars,and in combination with specific circumstances and investigation results collected of brain drain during the merger and acquisition,three key factors influencing core brain drain are obtained in the paper: career development,Compensation & Benefit and enterprise culture.The "3C" model is established in connection with these influence factors,and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.That is to say,career development location and management of core staff,adjust enterprise salary system for weight tilting system and the construction of fair and attractive corporate culture,so as to prevent core brain drain.In addition,M enterprise shall also establish employees tracking system and restart system,and further develop the value of former employees.The research results form the new management system of core talents of the enterprise,and also provide the innovative ideas to solve the problem of core brain drain of the enterprise.This article aims to bring to enterprise human resources management after the merger,For the enterprise core brain drain problem after the merger to provide theoretical and practical significance of combining.
