With the rapid development of recent 10 years,the lighting industry had stepped into oversupply and incensement slowdown stage.The competitions between enterprises are now more about technologies and talents instead of original equipment and price.However,the continuously brain drain phenomenon is becoming more and more critical within lighting industry,high level turnover rate triggers great challenge to enterprise management.Therefore,the counterplan to restrain brain drain phenomenon and maintain sustainable and stable development of enterprise are burning issues for lighting industry.Company O,is an international company which belongs to lighting corporate OG.The parent company OG was founded in the year of 1906 with a history over 110 years.Company O mainly engaged in production and manufacturing of special lighting related products.This thesis takes Company O as research subject and deeply discuss the root cause of its brain drain,with the usage of brain drain theoretical research and typical exited employees' interview.From the perspective of recessive economy environment and industry trend,the depression of the overall industry environment and the limitation of the talent policy in K city makes Company O lacked attractive.In terms of enterprise strategy and management policy,the current level of salary & welfare,employee motivation,career path development and corporate culture don't meet the expectation of talent person.Besides that,the influence from other exited employee cannot been ignored as well.Based on the reason analysis on brain drain,this thesis will offer applicable solutions which were aligned with relevant human resource management theories and modern society talent's novel expectation.The solution will mainly focus on the terms of salary & welfare policy,talents career path,talent cultivation scheme,strengthen construction of enterprise culture and employer branding construction.The competitive advantages of Company O will be enhanced and its sustainable developing ability will be guaranteed with that.The result can not only helps Company O to solve brain drain issue of human resource management,but can also been extended to the other same type companies in lighting industry,provide certain reference for them.
