With the rapid development of the global economy,the world economy has beendeveloping towards the trend of information and globalization.Under this background,the information technology industry has become one of the most important industries in the world economy.The information technology industry has also become one of the strategic industries that all over the world,especially developed and developing countries are competing to invest and focus on,and has also received unprecedented attention in China.This paper analyzes the above problems from the perspective of human resource management,aiming to explore a set of effective and effective ways to reduce the proportion of talent flow in the information technology industry.The author after confirming the research direction and significance of the research,through the combination of the Internet and related books,books and other information,review and study the research literature on domestic and foreign scholars on the loss of technical personnel in the information technology industry,this paper summarizes the research contents and the existing current phase,the theory of human resource management as the basis.Laid the foundation for carrying out the follow-up study.Based on YD Information Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research object,through the real management case analysis,we find that the company's current widespread brain drain phenomenon,and employees have a strong objection to the company's sense of belonging.In accordance with the expectancy theory and DISC personality theory,Herzberg two factor theory,analyzed and summed up the problem of excessive loss of talent and technology information industry mainly includes the following aspects: the corporate culture is not perfect,occupation planning system is not perfect,management style,lack of a single effective incentive method etc..Based on the existing problems,this paper puts forward many angle suggestions and measures,aiming to solve the problem of brain drain of YD Information Technology Co.,Ltd.,which is also the important research achievement of this paper.This paper uses the related theory of human resource management,and combining with the real case of YD company in the operation and management of brain drain,expounds the influence of talent loss brings to enterprises,using the method of combining theory with practice,conducted a series of analysis,through the use of the human resources management theory,performance management,salary incentive,occupation development and enterprise culture,make detailed and suitable for YD company's strategy.This scheme can also be used for reference and reference for the same type of information technology enterprises.
