In recent years,China's financial system continues to develop and reform,the national average living standards continue to improve,as the main source of commercial banks in China in the past,the deposit and loan business has been unable to meet the needs of the public.In the context of interest rate marketization,coupled with the competitive pressures from innovative financial institutions such as Internet banking,commercial banks are in urgent need of developing new business,and do not take their own funds in the intermediary business has become the first choice.China 's interest rate market after opening,the bank deposit and loan business is a great threat to accelerate the development of intermediary business has become a top priority.The commercial banks are now facing two major challenges,one is the financial disassociation,the second is non-bank financial institutions of competition,so commercial banks must expand the scope of intermediary business.However,the traditional business philosophy of domestic commercial banks is difficult to change in a short time,in the development of the intermediary business certainly full of thorns.In the process of innovation and transformation of intermediary business which risks and problems,how to solve is the focus of this studyOn the basis of the brief description of the intermediary business of the commercial banks,this paper takes the relevant data of 16 listed commercial banks as a permit to make a brief overview of interest rate marketization and intermediary business,the author analyzes the present situation and the problems in the process of intermediary business development of commercial banks in China,and use the empirical analysis method to analyze the influencing factors of the development of the intermediary business of China's commercial banks after the interest rate marketization,and on the basis of the successful experience of American commercial banks,this paper puts forward the idea of developing intermediary business in China after the interest rate marketization.
