Research On The Financial Service Innovation Of China's Commercial Banks:From The Perspective Of "Internet+"

With the continuous proceeding of “Internet+”,Internet Finance,to a certain extent,has become the spotlight in financial industry and the driving force to achieve its transformation and development.In the knowledge level,Internet Finance has no longer been regarded as a block to the development of traditional commercial banks,on the contrary,the integration of Internet and Finance play a great role in enlightening and promoting the innovation of financial services in commercial banks.As commercial banks actively embrace the “Internet+”,as well as combining their own strengths on Internet Finance layout,which aims at exploring brand new financial service innovations,numbers of innovative achievements have been made in recent years.However,related confusions and problems are also emerged.This paper sets the financial service innovation of China's commercial banks(from the perspective of “Internet+”)as the research direction.Firstly,the paper regulates the main formats of Internet Finance industry according to the latest policies and industry-research materials,as well as describes the developing trends of each format in brief.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situations and problems of financial service innovations in China's commercial banks.Thirdly,the paper discusses the innovation mode of the Internet Finance layout in China's commercial banks and put up related innovation cases.Then,combining with the advanced innovation activities of other banks worldwide.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures from the view of commercial banks and the view of external environment.Three research methods are adopted in this paper,including literature analysis,data analysis and case analysis.The advantages of this paper lies on: Quote with the latest data,policy and the cases(domestic and worldwide);Focus on the latest technology frontier(involving Fintech and disruptive technology)and its application in financial service innovation of commercial banks;Analyze the existing problems in financial service innovation from the perspective of “Internet+”;Put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions.
