| With the sustained development of the social economy,social resources are increasingly inclined to the real estate industry,and a large number of small and medium-sized real estate companies have been established one after another,and they have increasingly occupied an important part of the real estate industry.However,in recent years,with the introduction of a series of macro-control policies for real estate companies,the fragile capital chain of small and medium-sized real estate companies has suffered a lot.In such a complicated economic environment,ZhongHong Co.,Ltd.,as a small real estate company,has chosen an aggressive expansion strategy,taking a lot of land and expanding rapidly.In the past ten years,many commercial and residential projects have been developed,and several cultural and tourism markets have been laid out.High-leverage and high-debt operations have finally broken the capital chain and led to the road of destruction.Poor management of the capital chain often leads to financial failure and bankruptcy in many enterprises.The reasons are mostly the failure to establish a corresponding internal control system and risk control mechanism for the management of the capital chain.In addition,if the early warning system of the capital chain can be established as early as possible,the enterprise may avoid the risks existing in the capital chain.This dissertation uses literature research method,normative analysis method,case analysis method to take ZhongHong Co.,Ltd.as a case to conduct in-depth research on its capital chain risk management.By analyzing the status of its capital chain find that the status of its capital chain had already deteriorated.Therefore,from the macro perspective of corporate governance and strategy formulation to the plan of establishing a risk assessment system and a capital chain pre-warning system this article offer proposals,all of which provide real estate companies' capital chain management practical advices. |
