With the rapid development of our country's economy,the enterprise is growing quickly,more and more enterprises realize the important of fulfilling social responsibility.At the same time,corporate social responsibility is becoming a hot spot for research scholars.In the management practice,employees of high engagementwill agree and respect the corporate culture and put all their heart into enterprise production and operation activities.Finally,the financial performance will improve effectively.Therefore,enterprises pay more and more attention to employee engagement.This paper attributes corporate social responsibility to organizational factors of employee engagement and aims to investigate whether corporate social responsibility has causal relationship with high employee engagement.On the basis of related literature about corporate social responsibility,employer brand and employee engagement,this researchproposed the assumptions that corporate social responsibility fulfillment as an organizational factor will influence employee engagement and improve employee engagement through promoting the employer brand.Based on the above preparation,this research built the conceptual model diagram and measurement index system of this three variables.This paper conducted reliability analysis,validity analysis and factor analysis of the data from recycled questionnaire,established structural equation model,and verified the two assumptions above,goodcorporate social responsibility fulfillment can improve employee engagement and can improve employee engagement through promoting the employer brand.This paper gave a series of management advice on how to fulfill corporate social responsibility in order to improve employee engagement and organizational performance based on the interview and research on corporates who fulfill corporate social responsibility effectively.
