Research On The Tax Policy Of Promoting The Wind Power Industry In Our Country

Energy is not only a necessary material for the survival and development of human society,but also the major strategic issues related to the overall economic and social development.For a long time,China's main energy consumption is traditional fossil energy,but this energy consumption structure is not only making traditional energy exhausted but dependent on imports,lack of energy security guarantee and other environmental problems.That makes a hidden trouble to the whole society of sustainable development.Instead of the traditional fossil,a renewable and environmentally friendly new energy is gradually rising which is famous for its clean and low-carbon.As an important component of new energy,wind power has been paid more and more attention.China's wind power industry is an emerging industry,but because of the lack of scientific and rational pricing mechanism as well as the power consumptive capacity is relatively backward and the consumer market sets up slowly,industry's economic benefits are pulled down.At present,there is a gap between industrial development and policy protection in China.Therefore,the government should intensify efforts to support wind power industry,fiscal and tax policies which are main tools of the national macroeconomic regulation and control are the best means to play a regulatory role,so as to accelerate the development of wind power industry,as well as protect the ecological environment of our country,economy,energy security,and promote China's implementation of a new round of economic boom.
