The Influence Of Urbanization Level On Employment Structure

The improvement of urbanization can effectively promote the industrialization and modernization of the development,but also can promote economic growth and promote social development.The definition of urbanization is,in the traditional sense,the proces s of transforming rural society,which is dominated by small peasant economy,into a modern urban society dominated by non-agricultural industries.It covers a wide range of people,including population density and changes in personnel As well as land,regional space changes,social development,ecological development and so on.Urbanization is an important and effective way to realize the sustainable development of economy and realize modernization.It is also an important indicator to measure the rapid development of economy.Shanxi Province is one of the most typical resource-based provinces in China.The development of coal resources not only promotes the development of Shanxi economy,but also restricts the diversification of economy,which leads to the lag of economic quality and the slow development of urbanization.Shanxi Province has been actively in the past few years to change the road,the pace of development of urbanization already has a greater breakthrough,but also led to the development of a number of new industries,breaking the original resource economy constraints,and promote the economy and rational development.The current government also called urbanization is potential,the next few decades the greatest potential for development,and that the development of urbanization is to optimize the employment structure,to promote industrial upgrading of the key.The improvement of urbanization level will lead to the rapid development of economy,and can effectively solve the problem of reemployment of rural surplus labor force.The change of industrial structure and the upgrading will affect the flow of employees,so it is of great practical significance to study the influence of urbanization development on employment structure in Shanxi Province.I choose the cities in Shanxi Province(because Lvliang City is officially classified as prefecture-level city in 2004,the relevant data needed in this paper is missing,so it is not studied in this paper)from 2004 to 2015 the impact of the level of employment on the employment structure.This paper establishes a reasonable urbanization index system from six aspects of population,life,economy,ecology,city,and society.It makes an objective evaluation of the weights of various cities by using entropy weight method,and then uses the panel data model to analyze the urbanization level and employment structure And finally concluded that the different levels of urbanization in Shanxi Province and the improvement of urbanization level promoted the rational development of the primary industry to the secondary industry.
