In terms of geography and history,Xinjiang is a special and important area.Along with the establishment of "The Belt and Road" statecraft,and especially the westward extension of the Silk Road Economic Belt,Xinjiang is no longer the terminal of the development of western China,and it has taken the responsibility of reviving the silk road with incomparable transport advantage.Given the new historical opportunity,along with the Belt and Road Initiative,Xinjiang is facing huge space for development.It is located in Central Eurasia,with a vast territory,numerous nationalities and long border twists and turns.It has 8 neighboring countries,so it owns numerous high quality tourism resources.As a force for good,a favorable investment and an efficient way of cultural communication,developing the tourism industry has become the embodiment of the national soft power,and it is closely linked with the national Belt and Road strategy.However,due to the lack of a systematic overall planning,the propaganda of Xingjiang' tourism has remained a static elementary level based on the idea of the beauty of Xinjiang over the years.The highlight of this paper is the proposed assumption of "livable Xinjiang",believing the key to generate the raw power of Xinjiang's development is to create a gathering of talents,the unique charm of Xinjiang,and a place where people live and work in peace,thus to attract more people into the Xinjiang tourism business.In this paper,the TianshanTianchi scenic spot community is taken as an example,from the historic and cultural elements of the Silk Road associated with Tianchi,the writer aims to argue that the idea of "livable Xinjiang" is a common choice of history and reality,the state and the nation.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,inductive and deductive method of research,the research of communication theory into geopolitical and economic cooperation to put forward a workable path and mode of tourism development.
