Research On Xinjiang's Open Economy Development Under The Background Of "One Belt And One Road"

With the deepening of economic globalization,the choice of economic development mode has become the focus of attention of different countries and regions.Nowadays,as the second largest economy in the world,China's choice of economic development mode plays an important role in its own and even in the direction of the world economy.Looking at the development mode in the world economy and considering the actual situation of our country,developing an open economy is an inevitable and scientific strategic choice for our country's development.As an important part of the national economy,under the guidance of the national economic development strategy,Xinjiang has carried out in-depth development strategy.Although the economic development of Xinjiang is relatively backward compared with that of the more developed areas in the eastern part of the country,the trade volume and FDI stock have increased considerably.The overall development trend is as follows: Good and stable."One belt and one road" is an initiative put forward by our country in 2013,specifically referring to the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "the maritime Silk Road in twenty-first Century".This theory is based on the ancient Silk Road,a new economic corridor with the longest and most potential development in the world after the combination of the national development strategy." In this development strategy,it is clear that relying on Xinjiang has irreplaceable significance for the development of open economy in Xinjiang.At the beginning of 2015,the national development and Reform Commission released the vision and action to promote the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the maritime Silk Road in twenty-first Century(hereinafter referred to as "vision and action"),which further clarified the position of Xinjiang in the "one belt and one road" area."Vision and action" pointed out that"playing the unique role of Xinjiang" Location superiority and the important window function of opening to the West form the important transportation hub,trade logistics and cultural science and education center of the Silk Road Economic Belt,and build the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt.[Drawing on the Vision of Promoting the Co-construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Marine Silk Road in the 21st Century issued by the National Development and Reform Commission in March 2015 And action.].The development of open economy in Xinjiang has entered a new historical stage.This article is guided by the open-mindedness of Marxist theory,and based on the "One Belt,One Road",combined with the status quo of open economic development in Xinjiang,based on the literature and related theories on open economic development at home and abroad,Through the analysis of the problems faced by the development of open economy in Xinjiang and the causes of the problems,the advantages,dilemmas and challenges faced by Xinjiang's own open economy,and summing up the new opportunities facing the development of open economy in Xinjiang On the basis of this,based on the foundation and current situation of Xinjiang's open development,combined with the "One Belt,One Road",it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the development of open economy in Xinjiang.
