The improvement of subject well-being can effectively promote the performance and commitment of employees,it has been paid more attention by scholars at home and abroad,but now more fcused on the study of work well-being.Knowledge workers have been become the most critical factors in the information age.Therefore the study of happiness in work plays an important role in the economic development of enterprises.In this paper,we study the main factors that influence the promotion of knowledge workers' job well-being in the context of personal-organization fiting,combined with organizational identification and the support from the supervisor.On the basis of the detailed literature review,combined with interviews and questionnaires,the questionnaire of job satisfaction of knowledge workers was revised to explore the factors that influence the work happiness.The main conclusions are:(1)Knowledge workers' job well-being is composed of the following five factors:salary satisfaction,job freedom,interpersonal harmony,environmental control and self-development.(2)Person organization fit and its three dimensions(values match,the supply and demand,the recuriements and the capacity match)on knowledge workers' well-being has a significant positive effect,in which the supply and demand matching effect on the happiness of the largest.(3)Organizational identification and its three dimensions(evaluation,emotional,cognitive)on knowledge workers' well-being has a significant positive effect,which influence cognitive organizational identification on job happiness maximum.(4)Perceived supervisory support has a significant positive impact on knowledge workers' work happiness.(5)Organizational identity plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between person-organizational fit and job well-being of knowledge workers.(6)Perceived supervisory supporplays a partial mediating role in the relationship between person-organizational fit and knowledge workers' job well-being.
