Positive organizational behavior (POB) is the new study orientation and perspectives oforganizational behavior and human resource management field. As one of the sub-concepts ofpositive organizational behavior standard concept, subjective well-being is a typical representativeof POB. The research field that promoting the staff’s subjective well-being is an important way toimprove the employee engagement and job performance has been valued unprecedentedly both athome and abroad. In the information age now, the knowledge staff which is already in the keyposition in enterprise has be more and more considered as a key factor of economic development infuture. Most of the communication enterprise staff are knowledge ones, there is a certain researchsignificance. In the new market environment confronted with the communication market opening,triple play, competition increasing ceaseless between the operators and so on, communicationenterprise staff’s subjective Well-being is changing now. How to excavate the employee potentialand improve their subjective well-being is the important practical problem of China’scommunication enterprise management.With the research focus of the knowledge staffs’ subjective well-being, this article selects theperson-organization fitting perspective and combines with the perceived organizational supportfactors to explore the effect that POB impact employees’ subjective well-being through theempirical research method. Through summarizing the related literatures and combining with thehuman resorce management thory and the positive organizational behavior theory firstly, the articleanalyzes the close relationship between person-organization fit, perceived organizational supportand subjective well-being. Then it puts forward a theoretic model as well as some hypotheses whichcontain this three variables. Among them, person-orgaziation fit is the independent variable,subjective well-being is the dependent variable, and perceived organizational support is themoderator.This article refers to authority scales for person-organization fit, perceived organizationalsupport and the subjective well-being. It gets the data from the questionnaire survey way. And ittakes the communication enterprise staff as the research object, including knowledgeable staffs suchas senior managers, professional and technical personnels, marketing personnels etc. The surveyrange covers Jiangsu (Nanjing, Wuxi, Changzhou, Suzhou, Nantong, Yancheng, Suqian, Xuzhou),Shanghai, Wuhan, Jiangxi, Henan, Shanxi, etc. This study analyzes the data of the survey with SPSS19.0and AMOS17.0statistical software, applying the validity analysis, reliability analysis,analysis of variance, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis in the study. It thenverifies theoretical model and research hypothesis. This study obtains the following mainconclusions:1.Person-organization fit has positive prediction effect on subjective well-being;2.Different dimensions of the perceived organizational support have the moderating effect to varyingdegrees on relationship of person-organization fit and subjective well-being;3.The demographicvariables have no significant effect on subjective well-being. In the end, the article propoundssuggestions to improve communication enterprise staff’s subjective well-being.
