First proposed the concept of knowledge workers is the management guru Peter F·Drucker. He believed that knowledge workers are the master and the use of symbols and concepts, the use of knowledge or information workers. Under this definition, knowledge workers can be said is to have the knowledge economy productive people. Its importance, not only for an organization, but for a country’s economy in general, is essential. It is also because of this, theorists increasingly concerned about the group identity of knowledge workers and liquidity. Scholars have tried to study from different perspectives on knowledge workers, the psychological and behavioral characteristics, and hope for improving the management of knowledge workers and enhance their work performance in the organization make a theoretical contribution.It is for these reasons, by the departure of knowledge workers tend to predict the behavior of his departure, in order to reduce cost on the organization’s employment has been the concern of scholars. Person-Organization Vafue Fit, Organizational Identification and Turnover Intention are very popular research topic. Theorists have built more than two variables through a single turnover intention of the research model and to explore its relationship with turnover intention, and the formation of a number of valuable research results. However, there is no overall build knowledge workers person-organization fit:value fit of person-organization, organizational identification and turnover intention between the research model, and by exploring the relationship between these three variables to predict the tendency of knowledge-based study of employee turnover.It is in this context, this paper for the study of knowledge workers, in a lot of literature, based on the use of a questionnaire survey to collect and analyze empirical analysis of person-organization fit:value fit of person-organization, organizational identification and turnover tendency to research data, build individual knowledge workers in China-matching organizational values, organizational identification and turnover intention relationship research model. Through empirical analysis, the results show that:with different individual characteristics of knowledge workers, knowledge-based matching of employees with differences in values; knowledge of individual employees-organizational values and organizational identification matching showed a significant positive correlation between the relationship, and its between turnover intention is a significant negative correlation. At the same time, knowledge workers tend to leave the organization agree on the significant positive predictors. In the end, this paper based on research findings related to management recommendations, and the prospect for future research.
