The fuel costs have always occupied a larger proportion of the operating costs of the flight,and the airline has been working on fuel management and reducing operating costs.As the airline fleet,company environment,cultural awareness,staff attitude and institutional settings and other differences,resulting in the uneven quality of fuel management between the companies.Today's society is in the era of quality management,quality is a comprehensive reflection of the management level,is a concrete embodiment of the comprehensive strength of enterprises.For the airlines,they lack of a set of management for the entire chain of the whole process of quality control system.In this paper,the fuel consumption deviation in airline fuel management is taken as the key index,based on the analysis of QAR data and flight planning data of a domestic airline CTU-PEK route in recent six years,constructing fuel quality evaluation model based on SPC theory,combined with the construction of 25 indicators of airline fuel management table,through the combination of subjective measurement and objective comparison,to provide theoretical support and technical reference for the study of flight fuel management strategy.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1?By referring to the relevant literature and the actual research of the airlines,based on the statistical analysis of flight data,studied the key factors that influencing the fuel consumption deviation,and according to the typical flight profile of the flight to build the controllable node diagram in fuel control process.2?Constructing the flight fuel quality evaluation model based on SPC statistical process control theory,the application of the quality evaluation model of CTU-PEK airline fuel consumption deviation data that all from A320 in the past six years.By using the Anderson-Darling goodness of fit test data normality,implementation of Johnson system conversion for non-normal data,use the I-MR control chart to verify the stability of the data,analysis of CPK process capability for stable fuel consumption deviation data,and theresults show that the CPK index order of the summer and autumn season in the past six years is,2016>2012>2013>2014>2015>2011,the CPK index order of the winter and spring season in the past six years is,2014>2016>2013>2012>2015>2011.3?According to the results of the fuel management quality assessment model to draw the CPK process capability analysis time series,the results of the model are compared and analyzed;Based on empirical results analysis and the flight fuel management situation table on the standard of 25 statistical indicators put forward the fuel management strategy from the fuel monitoring,weather data,flight planning,AOC communications,dispatch monitoring,maintenance,personnel training and continuous tracking analysis of eight aspects.
