Research On The Cultivation Of New-type Professional Farmers Of Liping County

The early twenty-first century,our country is in the critical period that is overall construction of affluent society.With the development of industrialization and urbanization,surplus rural labor swarmed into coastal cities or economically developed regions so that labor force was shrinking,getting older and the sex ratio very markedly.Peasants who participate in farming are in the low literacy level.Based on our current background,the problem who go in for farming and how to farm are the current urgent issue,the key to the success of transformation from traditional agriculture into modern agriculture and an important guarantee for ensuring food supply safety.As to the present stage,Guizhou Province is still an underdeveloped and major agricultural province,along with all these factors---the outdated education idea,low science consciousness,lack of labor skills,the lower quality of farmers,which is an important factors that hampers the further development of agriculture in Guizhou and hinders the increase of farmers' income.Therefore,the construction of educational system and vigorous training new-type professional farmers who adapt to the development of modernization are imminent,which is the best solution to China's agricultural issues.This study,taking Liping County as the example,we mainly analyze present condition of cultivation for new-type professional farmers in Liping County with the combination of data analysis method,the case study method and other research methods.We conclude all problems we face during the training process and study internal and international experience so that we could make some contributions to cultivation for new-type professional farmers in Liping County.We find out the important question and summarize new concepts of cultivation for new-type professional farmers in Liping County.This thesis consists of seven chapters: The first chapter explains the background for the topic.The second chapter is about concept limits and the rationale of the professional farmers and new-type professional farmers.The third chapter introduces basic situation of Liping County,makes a questionnaire survey and analysis of scientific research and sums up the present research.The forth chapter,through data analysis,list the main problems of cultivation for new-type professional farmers in Liping County and origin analysis.The fifth chapter systematically analyzes cultivation for new-type professional farmers of international and domestic and concludes some experience and enlightenment for cultivation for new-type professional farmers in Liping County.The sixth chapter puts forward the policy proposal.The seventh chapter is the part of conclusion.
