Study On The Path Of The Cultivation Of New-type Professional Farmers

The cultivation of new-type professional farmers is the only way to develop modern agriculture.Under the background of agricultural modernization,the cultivation of new professional farmers has strengthened the production and management team of modern agriculture,and provided high-quality talents for the development of modern agriculture in our country.It provide the path to improve the efficiency of modern agricultural production and operation,the farmers are encouraged to increase their income.This article takes the master of Yunhe as the research object,divides the master of Yunhe into the three categories of the Production experts,the Management experts and the Skilled craftsman.Based on field interview survey data,Adopt statistical description and comparative analysis method,Explore the problems existing in the cultivating way of the master of Yunhe.This paper analyzes the causes of problems based on government level,training institution level and cultivating object level.Based on the experience of new-type professional farmers from home and abroad,combining with the actual situation of the master of Yunhe.This paper puts forward the optimized countermeasures for the cultivation of new-type professional farmers,and reserves the talent for the development of modern agriculture.The research results show that there are still a series of problems in the present stage of the cultivation of the master of Yunhe,such as the lack of pertinence in the cultivating content and the lack of flexibility in the cultivation method.Based on the field interviews,it is found that there are some differences between different types of the master of Yunhe.Therefore,the master of Yunhe should be differentiated when designing to the cultivating paths.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the countermeasure in the optimization of the cultivation paths in the master of Yunhe.Such as the systematic construction of classified and stratification,the matching mechanism of supply and demand,the team inheritance construction of teachers and students,the brand building of the trinity.In this way,it provided the experience in the master of Yunhe for the study on the cultivation path of new-type professional farmers in the new situation.
