Study On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers In Ningxiang County

With the rapid development of new industrialization,in formatization,urbanization,the massive of rural labors flow outside,leading to rural hollow,aging and the pheno menon is very serious.In the future,who will be farming,and how to farm is a big challenge in front of the whole society.No.1 central document of year 2016 clearly pointed out:to run agricultural occupation education must cultivate the occupation of farmers included in the development plan of national education training,the occupation training of farmers into the dominant force for the construction of modern agriculture.The so-called new professional farmers,refers to the farmers who knows culture and understand technology.The new occupation farmer is an important support to the dev-elopment of human resources in modern agriculture in our country,the cultivation of new farmers' occupation is inevitable strategic choice of Ningxiang and the national agricultural modernization and the comprehensive construction of a well-off society,is the priority among priorities of the rural work.The cultivation of new farmers in accordance with the actual situation of the local-occupation as the starting point,through the questionnaire and interviews with relevant departments,adopts the method of literature analysis,survey analysis,comparative analysis,case analysis and summarization of the Ningxiang county new occupation farmer training problems were studied and discussed.First of all,this paper takes Ningxiang County Soil pig breeding course case briefly describes the main work of new occupation farmer training,as well as the main achievements.Secondly,through the interview people responsible for breeding new occupation farmer in Ningxiang County,and a large farming interview,and Township Agricultural Office in charge of the leadership of the interview,and questionnaires,access to the "Ningxiang Yearbook"and the new occupation farmer training work related documents and other documents to obtain a series of reliable data and related policies thus,analysis of the current over all quality of Ningxiang County farmers cultivate new occupation is low,the effect is not obvious,cultivate a serious shortage of funds,imperfect system,weak teaching fo-rce and propaganda is not enough six problems.Then,through consulting the literature method to analyze the typical experience of the new professional farmers,and combi-ning with the actual experience of Ningxiang County,the enlightenment to Ningxiang county.Finally,aiming at the existing problems of cultivating new peasants occupati-on of Ningxiang County,put forward some suggestions:one is to vigorously develop-education,improve the overall quality of the new farmers' occupation;two is the top-level design to strengthen training,improve the training effect;the three is to provide a full range of support,improve the training system;four to establish and improve var-ious rules and regulations,improve the new occupation farmer management system;the five is to develop diversified training subject,enrich the training teachers;the six is to strengthen propaganda,strong training atmosphere.
