Wind power is one of the most important clean energy in our country.In recent years,the scale of wind power in China gradually expand ed,at the same time,there are a variety of problems of wind power utilization.The development of energy Internet has brought many opportunities and challenges to the wind power industry.Under the national strategy "Internet+ ",all types of enterprises on the wind power industry chain have gradually begun to use energy Internet thinking to promote the development of enterprises and enhance the value and efficiency.In this environment,the optimization of the value chain of wind power industry is of great significance.In this paper,the value chain optimization of China's wind p ower industry is systematically studied under the energy Internet environment,and several key optimization directions and models are put forward.First,this paper analyzes the development background of wind power industry and energy internet,this paper expounds the characteristics of energy Internet,the development of value chain,strategic alliance,coordination theory,grey system analysis,benefit distribution method and so on.Secondly,combined with the rapid development of energy Internet,the value chain of wind power industry is analyzed and improved from several aspects.This paper perfects the value chain of wind power industry under the energy Internet environment,and constructs a wind power industry value chain management platform which is suitable for the optimized value chain management.Thirdly,This paper analyzes the impact of energy Internet on the construction of wind power industry synergy value chain,combining task resource matching method,a model of value chain optimization selection based on entropy weight method and grey relation method is put forward and verified by an example.Finally,the influencing factors of enterprise profit allocation in wind power industry value chain alliance under energy internet are discussed,and the paper uses Shapley value method to optimize the profit distribution model.The feasibility of the model is verified by a case study.Through the analysis and discussion of the influencing factors,it can provide the basis for the decision-making of wind power enterprises,and provide reference for the management and optimization of the wind power industry value chain.China's wind power industry has great market potential and development space.Especially under the impetus of the development of energy Int ernet,the wind power industry will have a rapid growth in the next few decades,and the technology and the market will be greatly improved.However,the development of wind power industry will be faced with various problems.Therefore,the stability and optimization of the value chain of wind power industry will play an important role in the development of the entire industry chain.The optimization of the value chain of wind power industry under energy Interne is worthy of further study and discussion.
