Research On Flexibility Of Chinese Wind Power Industry Based On The Industry Chain Perspective

In recent years, wind power generation has been developed rapidly and become the world recognized renewable energy with the most large-scale commercial development value except for hydroelectric. In China, wind power has become an important part of National energy sustainable development strategy. Since2006, the wind power industry emerged large-scale development in China and has formed preliminary wind power industry chain including consulting, research and development, design, investment, production and operating. However, due to the strong growth of wind power market, wind power industry has got into a reshuffle to further adjust the pattern. In a combination of many factors, the internal and external environment of wind power industry is constantly changing and environmental turbulence become higher and higher. On this occasion, China’s wind power industry must maintain a high level of flexibility to cope with the environment changes timely and to achieve sustained growth in the competition. Therefore, according to the economic and technological contact and industrial layout, this article firstly established wind power industry chain model and aim to explore the structure of wind power industry, and analysis the operation mechanism from the perspective of supply chain, technology chain and value chain. Secondly, this article also researched the system flexibility of wind power industry on the view of connotation, fundamental driving force and evolution process, to explore the ability of wind power industry chain to cope with dynamic environment. Further, this article divided the system flexibility into8subsystems and analyzed its components and mechanism of action. Finally, the article screened the key factors and built a comprehensive measurement system of wind power industry chain flexibility. In addition, the article take the China’s wind power industry chain as an example for demonstration analysis and guide the coordinated optimization and effective integration of industrial chain flexibility, thus promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s wind power industry.
