The Research On The Lean Management Of Constructing Network Distribution In Power Supply Enterprises

The construction of distribution network for power supply enterprises is influenced by various factors,including internal and external ones.The current construction and management of distribution network is in severe situation,which is facing a big challenge.Relatively,the management foundation is weak and managerial means and methods exist absence,which bring potential influence and risk on administrating the enterprise in accordance with the law and promoting gains.In this article,the structure follows.First,it studies the conceptual principles analytical methods of the lean management and the theory of management on project and asset.Second,it analyzes the current situation and the existing problems in network distribution for power supply enterprise,collating three main problems: "extensive management in early stage","lack of professional co-ordination" and "lagging of terminal management ".In the end,it expounds the overall plan on constructing lean management system,clarifying the work target and the organization structure of the system.Also,it gives further details on constructing lean management,including three parts: "the selection of projects","analytical application and closed loop control" and "planning design and practical application".The case study on constructing the lean management system of S power supply enterprise' network distribution is presented in this article.First,it establishes the project list on management that is involved.In addition,it realizes automatic or subsidiary launch of the analytical application on lean management,which is based on the data preparation for multidimensional information index and information curing in view of Tableau analysis tools.Eventually,it carries on a comprehensive evaluation on practical results of the lean management project established in S power supply enterprise,which is the effective evaluation system based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and Cauchy distribution function.Through the above a series of effective management methods,it implements the significant increase on the level of lean management in S power supply enterprise' network distribution.Mean while,it provides a new thinking way together with the important contribution towards other enterprises in the field of reference.
