Research On Effective Controlling Electric Power Project Of Gaomi Power Supply Company

Scientific and legitimate methodology is a decisive impact for improving quality and undertaking the times and detracting the cost of the grid construction.However, China also has a lot of problems in grid construction project management,and there is great distinction between China and West countries,which has become an important issue concerned by Chinese economy and academic institutes and enterprises.First of all,this thesis analyzes current situations of Chinese project manage ment and problems in existence,along with basic methods and problems of the grid construction project objective control.And based upon that the measures of effective control to the whole objective system are discussed,an effective control system model established by way of AHP,significance and precedence of object ives and sub-objectives indifferent time spots within the grid construction project process analyzed,and advantages and disadvantages of substitute schemes of the project to the integral project objective judged.There by a scientific and ration al method controlling the projects comprehensively is presented for grid construct ion project managers.
