Research On The Core Competence Of The Third Party Logistics Enterprise Based On Improved Entropy Weight Method

With the increasing fierce of global economic competition,for the development of enterprises,improving their own competitiveness,reducing the overall cost of enterprises,and enhancing the economic efficiency of enterprises have become priority.In this process,the majority of enterprises tend to transfer their non core industries to more specialized outsourcing companies,and then focus on the main resources and strength of enterprises to develop their own core competitiveness.The logistics industry is one of the most potential industries in twenty-first century,and more common in the outsourcing business.In view of the current state of economic development,engaging in simple transportation,distribution,warehousing and other services of traditional logistics enterprises have been far from meeting the needs of the current economic development.To provide customers with integrated and professional services oriented third party logistics enterprises in such a large environment has been rapid development.Third party logistics enterprises in order to maintain long-term and stable development in the logistics market in the logistics market,it is necessary to analyze the core competitiveness of enterprises.To a large extent,the strength of the core competitiveness of logistics enterprises directly affect the status of the logistics market,the stronger the core competitiveness of enterprises,the more able to occupy a favorable position in the market.In order to obtain long-term market advantage in the logistics market,the third party logistics enterprises need to occupy more market share.It must be the correct evaluation of the core competence of enterprises and analysis,and fully aware of many factors that affect the core competitiveness of enterprises,finally according to the evaluation results of the measures and methods to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the economic globalization and the development trend of the third party logistics,this paper analyzed the development of the third party logistics from the aspects of the connotation and the theory of the third party logistics and the definition of the third party logistics enterprise.From the concept of the core competitiveness of enterprises and related theories,then lead to the third party logistics enterprise core competitiveness.Through the analysis of relevant factors influencing the core competence of the third party logistics enterprises,summed up the third party logistics enterprises comprehensive evaluation model of core competence,including competition of hard power,competition of soft power and competition of potential.According to the development status of the third party logistics enterprises,selected of Debon logistics,TNT Hoau and China Post logistics company as samples,to collect relevant data through questionnaires and expert scoring method.The data was collected and analyzed by the improved entropy analysis method,by using the method of theory and practice,qualitative and quantitative to analyze and evaluate of the core competitiveness of the enterprises.Through the analysis of the evaluation results of three different types of third party logistics enterprises,and combined with the actual situation of the enterprise itself,finally put forward relevant suggestions on the development of the core competitiveness of China's third party logistics enterprises.
