The Research On The Determinants And Evaluation Of The Core Competence Of Domestic TPL Enterprise

Domestic third party logistics enterprises confront global economy and WTO environment. Facing domestic and international two markets, against the stronger international enterprises such as APL logistics and UPS logistics, it is the strategic choice to establish long-term competitive advantage and promote the core competence.The purpose of this thesis is that applies for the theories comprehensively, such as the core competence theory, value chain theory, managerial theory, grey theory and diamond model, by using theory and demonstration, qualitative and quantitative approaches, to analyze the determinants and evaluate the core competence of the third party logistics enterprise and bring forward the improved suggestions.In the theoretical research aspect, this thesis firstly defines the core competence of the domestic third party logistics, through SWOT-Risk analysis of the third party enterprise ,innovatively combine the marrow of the Porter's "Diamond Model"-"interrelation among each determinants" with the value chain of the third party enterprise, establish the determinants model and analysis framework, on the basis of which establish the evaluation index system ,reflecting the characteristics of the core competence such as integrated, value, extensible, dynamic characteristics.In the demonstration aspect, according to the grey character of the index system, this thesis applies for the grey comprehensive evaluation model ,use Group Analytic Network Process based on the 9/9-9/1 schedule to determine the weight of each index. Then select Cosco Logistics and APL Logistics, through the questionnaire investigation, deal with the data from recycled answer sheet with Excel. The result of evaluation accord with the reality and approve the accuracy of the index system.The research showed the determinants of the core competence include human factors, logistics market, logistics service net, innovation, environment, this five factors make up a mutual reinforced system, which determine the core competence of the third party logistics enterprise.
