Research On Supplier Selection And Collaborative Procurement Model Of General Materials In Electric Power Enterprises

With the steady development of power enterprises,the demand for materials is also rising year by year.Material procurement becomes the key link of power enterprise reducing efficiency.General material procurement as an important part of power procurement,has great room for improvement.On the basis of optimization flow characteristics and the general class of materials procurement,supplier selection and implementation of modeling and collaborative procurement optimization two important node of the decision,and the construction material procurement decision-making system has important value.This paper will start from the following parts:First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of general procurement management of electric power enterprises,discusses the problems existing in the procurement process of general materials,laid the foundation for subsequent research;Secondly,based on the reasonable classification of electric power enterprises demand for goods on the general features described materials,according to its characteristics,as well as the concept of supplier collaboration,process optimization of general material procurement,and in-depth analysis of the focus and difficulty of the general class in material procurement process,and on the basis of the key and difficult expansion model research;Thirdly,according to the demand characteristics of general materials,the key indicators of suppliers are deeply discussed,and the index is selected and the index system is constructed.The concept of fuzzy mathematics and neural network combined to construct a fuzzy neural network selection and evaluation model,and case study,verify the fuzzy neural network model has the supplier ranking and good classification ability;Finally,the definition and sort of purchase optimization decision problems,analysis of the objective function and constraints,the multi-objective optimization for the single object,and construct a general model of nonlinear optimization,in-depth analysis of the process and application method of characteristics,genetic algorithm,and use the genetic algorithm to solve the nonlinear optimization problem,then the example analysis,verify the optimized purchase decision model of genetic algorithm has a strong ability to find the optimal solution based on,then discusses the application of genetic algorithm and optimization decision model of collaborative procurement.Optimization for power enterprise general procurement management process the results of this study,as well as the optimization of collaborative decision making two key links in supplier selection and procurement,has important theoretical and practical significance of the system,high efficiency,low cost and even the entire procurement process.
