Power industry is a pillar industry of the national economy,with the rapid development of the national economy,the scale of electricity load is also gradually expanded.In order to protect the power supply,grid companies need to continue to increase power grid construction.The power grid construction project not only has a bearing on the normal life and production and business activities of residents and enterprises,but also has an important and far-reaching impact on the progress of regional economy and the sustainable,stable and healthy development of the whole society.Large-scale construction of power grid not only bring the effective improvement of power grid operating conditions,but also bring enormous pressure on the grid company management because of the financial pressure brought by construction financing and the low efficiency of investment due to the low utilization rate of power grid equipment.In the new environment,it is necessary to further improve the evaluation system of grid investment,to conduct multi-angle evaluation of grid construction investment,and to measure the investment and construction of power grids in many aspects,so as to provide a better reference for power grid investment management.Based on this,on the basis of researching the theory of investment benefit of power grid and the existing problems of power grid enterprise investment evaluation,combined with some research results of the predecessors,this paper puts forward four levels of grid construction investment and evaluation standard system.In this paper,the gray clustering trigonometric function is used to evaluate the power grid construction in order to better classify and rate each index value.First of all,this paper introduces the connotation of investment benefit,and analyzes the status quo of investment evaluation and investment management of power grid enterprise and its existing problems.Secondly,on the basis of SMART principle,this paper constructs the investment evaluation model based on the three factors of investment,income and assets,including investment evaluation of main grid,investment evaluation of branch network,investment evaluation of sub-professional investment and sub-voltage rating evaluation,with a total of 56 key indicators.Among them,the main grid investment index system selected 220 k V power grid construction and renovation project investment,a total of eight evaluation indicators,divided into power supply capacity and power supply revenue indicators.There are 22 evaluation indexes in the distribution network evaluation system,which are classified into project efficiency,management benefit and social benefit.There are 9 indicators in the index system of the professional power grid,which are divided into power grid infrastructure specialty,power grid transformation specialty and power grid secondary transformation specialty.The evaluation index system for differentiating voltage level selects 35 k V and 110 k V voltage grid with 8 key indicators.Thirdly,this paper uses the correlation analysis method to reduce the key indexes,and then normalizes them according to the index's own characteristics.After taking into account the different types of subjective and objective weighting methods,this paper chooses Delphi method,variation coefficient method and entropy weight method to linear combination weighting in order to ensure the rationality of scoring as much as possible.Finally,this paper selects the data of a provincial power grid company for the last two years to carry out empirical analysis of the model,and finally give the main grid,distribution network,different professional power grid and different voltage levels of the power grid investment evaluation score of different cities.On this basis,this paper gives a specific investment strategy for the final score,with a view to provide support for the company's power grid construction and reference.
