Research On Coordinative Development Of Producer Service And Manufacturing In The Background Of Supply Side Structural Reform

Under the background of economic globalization,the producer service industry has gradually developed into the leading industries of the developed countries and has become a new growth point in the economic development.However,compared with the developed countries,the productive service industry and manufacturing industry in our country show the "paradox of China" in the interactive development.That is: Our country’s productive service industry development process lags far behind the development process of our manufacturing industry,and because of the lagging development of producer service industry in our country,it restricts the development of China’s manufacturing industry to a large extent.The existence of "China paradox" illustrates that the development of the productive service industry in China cannot adequately and effectively support and satisfy the business needs of manufacturing enterprises,which leads to the greater resistance of our country to further enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry.In the case of decreasing the proportion of manufacturing output,we should realize the reform task of "Three to one reduction",we should further develop the productive service industry,and carry out the "industrial structure softening" from the whole.Therefore,this paper combines the development of producer service and manufacturing industry in our country and the influence of the development of producer service industry lags behind the manufacturing industry.By collecting and finishing the production services added value of 2004 to 2016,the value of manufacturing increment,foreign direct investment value as variable,the error correction model(Error Correction,abbreviated ECM model)based on Engle and Granger(1987)was established,and the three-variable error correction was constructed.-second-order autoregressive distribution lag model for empirical analysis.After analysis through the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,it is found that the interaction between producer service and manufacturing industry is weaker in the short-term interaction development of two industries,but in the long-term interactive development,there is a relatively stable and coordinated development state between producer services and manufacturing industry in China.Finally,combining the conclusions of this paper and the experience of other advanced countries,some suggestions are put forward.
