Study On Power Grid Construction Project Risk Evaluation Based On GAHP

Electricity is the basic industry of the country,which plays a strategic core in the development of the country.With the economy development of our country,the demand of electricity is also increasing gradually.In recent years,the power grid construction project is increasing.The power grid construction project has its unique features that the process is complex,funds demanded is huge,the participants are too many and the construction period is very long,the risk faced in the process of project construction is more and more complex.In recent years,there have been some unqualified power grid construction projects result in personal injury cases,which makes people pay more attention to the risk of the power grid construction project.With the new electricity reformation,the power grid construction project need to consider more diverse risk,the implementation process of grid will face more uncertainty,how to identify and predict the risk of power grid construction project under the new situation effectively,and through the evaluation of the risk to take steps timely to reduce or avoid the risk of power grid construction projects,which has great importance to promote the development of the power grid construction project.Firstly,this paper analyzes the related theory of power grid construction project risk from the related concepts,the project implementation process,the risk assessment and the risk prevention.Secondly,this paper builds power grid construction project risk evaluation index system through the risk identification theory,the principle of index selection,basic design process and other aspects.Then,based on the analysis of the evaluation methods,by applying the related theories of grey system to improve the traditional AHP model,constructing the power grid construction project risk evaluation model based on GAHP,which can get more reasonable result.Finally,combined with the actual power grid construction project,applying the evaluation model to carry out empirical analysis.Through this study,on the one hand,it can improve the study of the risk assessment of power grid project field.on the other hand,through the power grid construction project risk identification and analysis under the new situation can help to take steps to prevent the risk of power grid construction project and carry out effective strategy has certain reference significance.
