As energy resource scarcity problem becomes increasingly highlight,previously vulgar management and development mode can not adapt to the requirements of economic development in the future.In the future,the development of social economy has put forward higher requirements for the rational and effective use of resources.How to create the greatest benefits with the limited resources becomes the bottleneck of the development of enterprises must break through.In this context,intensive management gradually comes into people's vision and provides the direction for the development of modern enterprise group.The national Power Grid Corp proposed “Change the development mode of power grid,Change the company's development” and construct a modern enterprise with "power grid planning science,reasonable asset structure,excellent service quality,safety and efficiency index".Transform company's development mode means that the construction of the scientific “three sets of the five” of the control system and achieve intensive management of human resources,finance and materials.Power Grid Corp financial intensive management has been implemented for five years,has initially completed the "focus of the five,the six unified" intensive management and control system.At present in our country still has the considerable number of enterprises is the traditional financial management mode,the management efficiency is low,the management of the subordinate enterprises capital operation situation,acquiring assets such as the use of information related to the serious lag,easily lead to mistakes in decision-making.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out the analysis,evaluation and improvement of the implementation of the financial intensive management of Power Grid Corp.First,review on the basis of analyzing the existing literature and the intensive management of Power Grid Corp financial intensive management implementation,refine the theme of this study and research methods,and pointed out the main innovation of this paper.Then,gives a brief overview of the relevant theories of intensive management and the development process and current situation of the intensive management of Power Grid Corp,According to <Central enterprise comprehensive performance evaluation index system> issued by the Ministry of Finance,and combine the specific situation of the electric power enterprise,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the financial performance of Power Grid Corp.The central enterprise comprehensive performance evaluation index system includes two parts: financial performance quantitative evaluation index and management performance qualitative evaluation index.The qualitative evaluation index is scored by experts,in order to ensure the accuracy of the evaluation results,the author intends to use the quantitative analysis of financial indicators to conduct performance evaluation,ignoring the qualitative evaluation of non-financial indicators.The efficacy coefficient method is used to select the relevant financial data of Power Grid Corp 2010-2015,with reference to the industry evaluation standard value,to calculate the annual financial performance indicators score.Finally,through the analysis of specific indicators comparing different annual overall scores and reflect different aspects of finance,evaluation of implementation effect of Power Grid Corp financial intensive management,based on the recommendations for improvement,to provide reference for the popularization and application of financial intensive management mode in his field.
