| In recent years,with the rapid development of economy in our country,state-owned enterprises in the position in the overall economic environment become more and more important.And all sorts of new management pattern also emerge in endlessly,the financial intensive management is one of these new management models,which has been widely used in some developed countries enterprises.As one of the pillar enterprises in China,State Grid Corporation of China is relatively early in the introduction of financial intensive management.State Grid Corporation of China S branch is a wholly-owned subsidiary of State Grid Corporation of China,and it has made great progress since the implementation of the financial intensive management in State Grid Corporation of China.But for various reasons,there are some problems in actual financial work.This paper aims at improving the efficiency of financial intensive management.Firstly,the research status of financial intensive management at home and abroad is sorted out.Then,based on the theory of financial control,financial stratification and flattening theory,this paper discusses the theoretical basis of financial intensification.By,the goal of financial intensive management,the core ideas,content framework State Grid Corporation of China S branch and implementation of a brief description and implementation process,the main points to show State Grid Corporation of China S branch financial status of intensive management.Next,this paper collected financial data of State Grid Corporation of China S branch from 2010 to 2017,choose the financial ratio analysis to analyze it.In order to evaluate implement the financial management of intensive management efficiency.At the same time,due to promote the efficiency of financial management are not necessarily synchronous response to the financial data most of the time,and the change of financial data cannot be completely on behalf of the management level.So,for some management results of the financial intensive management also is summarized.Finally,in view of the problems found in the actual work.On the basis of summarizing the experience,this paper puts forward the feasible solution,the result of the implementation of the reasonable expectations,and matching the corresponding guarantee measures.In this paper,the following conclusions:(1)The financial intensive management work in the financial foundation compaction,financial policy standard system set up,the respect such as financial informatization level achievements can prove its in promoting enterprise management efficiency has achieved certain results.(2)The financial intensive management still exist in the process of the implementation of the cost booked specification,project economics and financial compliance audit is difficult,the problem such as management of finance auditing work remains to be strengthen.(3)State Grid Corporation of China S branch improves the management efficiency from the three aspects of the detailed control cost,the understanding gap between the professional level and the innovative financial audit work mechanism.This paper also has some limitations.(1)This paper didn’t find a more suitable evaluation method of financial intensive management efficiency to analyze financial data,although relatively straightforward,but it can’t fully reflect the financial management efficiency,only in auxiliary circumstantial evidence management achievements.(2)The research conclusions in this paper are limited in the application of extension.The problems presented in this paper and the solutions are applicable to State Grid Corporation of China S branch only,which cannot be fully applied to other enterprises. |
