Research On The Rural Logistics Distribution Mode Of Hebei Province Based On "Internet Plus"

The concept of "Internet plus" has deeply into the human mind."Internet plus" is using the Internet platform to deeply combine the modern information communication technology and traditional industries,reshape the industry value chain,create new products,services and business models.Under this background,the research of Hebei province rural logistics distribution mode of "Internet plus" is of great practical significance in the aspects of developing and promoting the rural logistics industry,ensuring food,fruits,vegetables and other food enter the circulation safely and effectively,accelerating the pace of national accurate poverty alleviation,reducing the logistics costs,improving distribution efficiency,and reducing the rate of empty vehicles.Currently,the rural logistics industry is in a rapid development period.The factors including the increase of the logistics distribution business due to the sink of rural electricity channel,the finance and taxation policy support of local government,the internet popularization especially the rise of the mobile Internet,and the widely used of logistics network technology,have promoted the development of rural logistics in different degrees.And the rural logistics will become the blue ocean of economic society in the future.In this paper,in the process of researching the logistics distribution mode of Hebei province rural,the agricultural production and agricultural logistics,the agricultural products logistics,and the rural residents' commodity logistics are as a whole to research.And this also agrees with the development plan of "Internet plus rural logistics".At the same time,the rural logistics development situations of Hebei province and the existing problems are analyzed deeply.It is found that rural logistics distribution mode is chaotic,the quality of logistics professionals is generally low,the delivery timeliness is bad,the return cycle is long,and the customer satisfaction is low.Based on the above reasons,considering the influence factors of rural logistics distribution mode optimal selection comprehensively,the mathematical model is constructed in this paper,and the logistics distribution mode is optimal selection analyzed.It is hoped that the research results of this study will provide a reference for the rural logistics distribution mode of Hebei province in the future.Based on the basics of studying the relevant literatures and a lot of research work about rural logistics present situations,the research background and significance of the topic are illustrated,and the previous research results are summarized and analyzed.Using the logistics theories and the new logistics technologies,four kinds of logistics distribution modes are analyzed emphatically,and their advantages and disadvantages and applicable conditions are also analyzed.Then,the current situations of rural logistics development of Hebei province are analyzed deeply.The influence factors of rural logistics distribution mode selection of Hebei province are analyzed comprehensively,scientifically and objectively.Four aspects about the enterprise management ability,the logistics distribution cost,the logistics service quality,and the rural logistics situation,are analyzed emphatically.And the evaluation index systems of rural logistics distribution mode of Hebei province are constructed on this basis.Taking a C enterprise in Hebei Province as an example,the logistics distribution mode is empirical researched.Using the optimal consistency matrix and the extension theory superiority evaluation method for evaluation,and the evaluation results show that the proposed "3+1" logistics distribution mode is more suitable for large and medium-sized enterprises to select among the rural logistics distribution modes.It is hoped that the results of this study can promote the healthy development of rural logistics of Hebei province.
