Quality Evaluation Of Logistics Park Based On Extension Theory

Logistics park with its important role in driving the urban economic development, promoting the city layout, promoting the logistics industry’s development and so on, has been widely concerned. Policies put forward by the government department provide a strong support to the development of logistics park. More and more logistics parks gradually come from the planning and construction into the actual operation. But at the same time, in the development process of C hina’s logistics parks also exist such as high vacancy rates, poor profitability, ethical problems, which restrict the healthy and long-term development of logistics parks in C hina. Therefore, scientifically and comprehensively evaluating the quality of logistics park is particularly important.Firstly, according to the relevant research of domestic and foreign logistics park, the characteristics of logistics park are summarized, and put forward the content of logistics park quality. Based on the extension theory, combined with the SWOT analysis of the logistics park, the article put forward problems existing in the quality evaluation of logistics park, using the extension analysis method to analyze the factors affecting on the quality of the logistics park. Then according to the results of the extension analysis, considering eliminating the impact of logistics park’s scale, given priority to the relative indexes, combined with the principle of constructing evaluation index system and expert consultation filtering indicators, an index system for evaluating the quality of logistics park is constructed with the resource costs, environmental impacts, economic strength, capital intensity and integrated drive as primary indexes, and 19 indexes as secondary indexes. Finally, the index weights are determined with the combination of expert surveys and analytic hie rarchy process method. The quality evaluation matter-element model for logistics park is constructed combined with matter-element analysis method and extension priority degree evaluation method. Three logistics parks in Shaanxi Province as the object of empirical analysis, based on the evaluation results, the logistics parks are sorted by the pros and cons of the quality. And by further analysis of the evaluation results, the recommendations and the basis are given for logistics park development.Through the study of quality evaluation of logistics park, this paper aims to provide the theoretical basis for government to adjust the allocation of resources and guide the investment, and at the same time to help to improve the logistics park operation, thus to improve logistics park economic and social benefits, reduce the impact on the environment, promote the sustainable development of the logistics park.
