Robust design of complex multiple quality characteristics is a difficult problem in engineering optimize,complex multiple quality characteristics robust design oriented to key structural parameters is more complicated than that.This paper need to complete three tasks to solve the engineering problem: extracting the key structural parameters,discovering the relations between complex multiple quality characteristics and key structural parameters,getting the key structural parameters optimized value to assure high level of robustness.On the basis of traditional engineering optimization,considering external factors may result in fluctuation of complex multiple quality characteristics,the robust design concept embedded in optimization.The robust design for quality characteristics and the key structural parameters optimized value are obtained.This paper research micro positioning platform,proposed robust design for complex multiple quality characteristics oriented to key structural parameters,the principal researches were as follow:Firstly,selecting key structural parameters of the micro positioning platform.This paper confirms the micro positioning platform parameters properties,and build micro positioning platform model,then analyses kinematical of the device.The micro positioning platform by means of finite element method to obtain the test data during the design process.A plan of all structural parameters for micro positioning platform by the orthogonal experiment design.In view of the number of structural parameters and complex multiple quality characteristics features of micro positioning platform,the relationship between quality characteristics and structural parameters are analyzed by applying gray relative analysis.In order to select key structural parameters,this paper analyzing structural parameters of the relevance degree of quality characteristics in the test project.Secondly,the formula that expresses the relationship between the complex multiple quality characteristics and key structural parameters has set up by mathematical model on the basis of selecting key structural parameters.A test scheme by the Latin hypercube method,the complex multiple quality characteristics data obtained from simulated calculation.The relationship between the complex multiple quality characteristics and key structural parameters has set up mathematical model with the radial basis function basis on test scheme.It confirms the accuracy of the mathematical model based on decisive coefficients,average absolute value of the comparative error and maximum absolute deviation of the comparative error.The calculating results showed that the high precision of mathematical model could be found for later work.Finally,applying robust design theory,complex multiple quality characteristics is designed and obtain key structure parameters optimal value.The efforts are made to improve micro positioning platform performance by optimization method,while the method could not solve fluctuations caused by uncertainty influence factors,such as random loading,material properties.To improve the robustness of micro positioning platform quality characteristics,the Six Sigma design mathematical models is built basis on deterministic model,and utilizing the genetic algorithms to solve the key structure parameters optimal value and the quality characteristics of the mean and standard deviation after obtains sampling of random variable by Monte Carlo method.The result shows the rightness and effectiveness of method that robust design for complex multiple quality characteristics put forward in this paper,by comparing the deterministic optimization design,analyzing means and standard deviations,and normal distribution of quality characteristics.
