Under the supply chain environment, quality control is influenced by suppliers, customers, manufacturers and many uncertain factors, leading to quality control of the supply chain is much more difficult than quality control of single enterprise. Quality problems will make the whole supply chain fluctuate, prolong the coordination cycle, increase the operation cost. So, in order to prevent loss of quality income caused by uncertainty of the supply chain, to reply to the risk of quality control under uncertain environment, to ensure the operation of the supply chain system effective, we must design the robust optimization models of quality control of the supply chain to make the strategy of quality control have robustness. Because the uncertainty exist the whole process of quality operation of the supply chain, how to study the influence of the uncertainty for the supply chain have become an inevitable problem in supply chain quality management. So researching on robust quality control of the supply chain model is of practical significance.The robust operation of quality control in a multi-product, multi-stage supply chain consisting of a manufacturer and a buyer was studied. The manufacturer, by certain quality prevention level, produces some goods which supply to the buyer. Buyer, by certain quality evaluation level, accepts the goods. Based on combing three operation objectives which were the maximum quality profit of the manufacturer and buyer and the manufacturer's delivery quantity equaling the buyer's order quantity, an objective programming model was set up by taking the manufacturer's and the buyer's quality operations capability restriction as constraint conditions. First of all, this paper describes manufacturer's quality prevention level and buyer's quality evaluation level uncertain applying the interval analysis and scenario analysis. The objective programming model, which is constructed by robust optimization method of Bertsimas, is solved by optimisation solution. Later, this paper describes manufacturer's quality prevention level and buyer's quality evaluation level uncertain applying the scenario analysis and interval analysis. Last,This paper describes external quality penalty and external quality loss are uncertain applying the interval analysis. The objective programming model, which is constructed by robust optimization method of Bertsimas, is solved by optimisation solution.The model satisfies several objectives, such as coordination of supply chain, the maximum profit of the manufacturer and buyer, and robustness of model to uncertain quality parameters. The result of a numerical example shows that uncertainty of quality prevention level, quality evaluation level, external quality penalty and external quality loss within certain scope reduces the operating performance of supply chain, while the operation strategy is constant.That is, the model provided is robust.
