As.the economy develops,the living conditions of people have been improved accordingly.People's strong demand for organic agricultural products leads to wide market potential in this area.However,the development and quality certification of organic agricultural products are still in a primitive stage,leaving the whole industry chain of organic agricultural products less kept up with the changing situation.,In recent years,problematic food such as "poisonous"vegetables,fruits,or pork" are frequently exposed by the media.Food safety incidents occur so frequently that public spotlight has been focusing on the food safety issue.People have increasing need for organic food which is harmless,green and safe.Under this background,the development of organic agriculture has become an important topic for theoretical and practical researchers.As a traditional agricultural county,Qin County of Shanxi Province actively explores the path of agricultural transformation and develops organic agriculture with great effort based on its advantages of water and soil resources.In total 34 brands/varieties in five categories of grain,vegetable,forestry products,tea products and alcohol products have been certified as organic in the whole county,making it the top county with the largest area of organic certification and the greatest number of certified products among the 37 model counties for organic agricultural product certification around the whole country.Taking Qin county of Shanxi Province as an example,this thesis explores and researches the operative system of organic agricultural products based on the above-mentioned background,so as to construct a quality traceability system from production management to kitchen table highlighting the concepts of "organic,green,safe and assured ".In this system,the agricultural families work as basic units and collectively produce and roughly process agricultural products.The fine processing is led by leading enterprises that are economically and technically supported,and finally the target sales of the market is completed,realizing the connection between the rural residents and the consumers.By this means,a whole industry chain is formed that integrates standardized management before production,storage and processing during production and the sales chain including the e-commerce+ commercial supermarkets+foreign sales after production,This will boost coordinating and stereoscopic development of organic sightseeing and tourism,organic culture and organic industry,and transform the ecological advantages and resource advantages of Qin County into economic,market and industrial advantages,and thus push forward the sustainable development of thecounty's economy and society.The main research structure of the thesis is as follows:In the first chapter,an illustration of the background of thesis topic selection,research objectives and significance are described,an overview of the relevant research at home and abroad is also made,and the introduction to the research ideas,research content,research methodology,innovative points and deficiencies are also included.In the second chapter,the relevant concepts and theoretical foundation of the whole industry chain of organic agricultural products are introduced,and the theories of Hertz Russian on elements and factor endowment and the management theories of agricultural production chain are analyzed to lay the theoretical foundation for the construction of the whole industry chain of organic agricultural products in Qin County..The third chapter analyzes the current situation for the development of the organic agricultural products in Qin County in terms of natural conditions and production capacity.In the fourth chapter,the main issues occur in the construction of the whole industry chain of organic agricultural products in Qin County are analyzed from five aspects,i.e.standardization and supervision in the main segments of product manufacture and circulation,quality traceability of organic agricultural products,protection of place of origin and brand building awareness,establishment of consumer groups for organic agricultural products from the whole industry chain,and extension of the whole industry chain of organic agricultural products.In the fifth chapter,suggestions and relevant countermeasures are proposed aiming at the issues appear in the construction of the whole industry chain of organic agricultural products.
