Along with the improvement of the living standards, people have paid more attention to agricultural products security and environment health. The organic agriculture, as a substitute for the conventional farming, has boomed vigorously. It not only ensures agricultural products security with high economic benefit but also has great enviromnental benefit. Furthermore, it is one of the important ways of the agriculture sustainable development through broadening the international market and fortifying the international competence of our agricultural products. Taking the hilly hinterland of Maoshan in Jurong Countrry of Jiangsu province as the research area, this paper established operational procedure through researching comparatively on the organic agriculture subject mode and distributed the spatial layout of the organic agricultural production systems by consulting this area's resource traits and referring to the requirement of the organic agriculture. The results are as bellows:The suitable organic agriculture subject models in Jurong were mainly organic rice, organic fruit and organic tea, etc. The organic rice production model was sorted as the rice only model and the rice-duck-azolla integrated model. And both models could significantly heightened the rice production efficiency and increased the economic benefit separately more than RMB480 and RMB560 than that of the conventional rice system. Not only the soil bulk density was reduced by 2.2% but also the organic matter was improved by 24% in organic rice system than those in conventional rice system. What is more, the beneficial organisms were increased about 60% in the organic rice fields. The planting of the organic fruit had obvious social benefit, ecological benefit and economic benefit in hilly in Maoshan. The organic peach, persimmon and Chinese jujube brought economic benefits separately more than RMB3800, RMB2700 and RMB2400 than that of conventional planting and improved the ecological environment in the orchard remarkably as well. In addition to that, the multiple planting patterns mainly on organic rice and the farming-pasturing compound management model mainly on organic fruit could be set up to improve the agricultural waste integrated utilization through optimizing the planting structure of organic rice and fruit. The mainly suitable area to develop organic agriculture in Jurong is hilly areas of Maoshan. According to the requirement of organic agriculture system, this research made the spatial distribution of organic agriculture and structured the organic agricultural sphere in this area. The spatial range concentrate in the two sideways of the organic agricultural road which lasts 25 kilometers in the interior in Maoshan and it can be developed nearly 8.0km2 for planting or feeding of organic peach, organic aquatic products, organic persimmon, pear, chestnut, strawberry and organic chicken. The organic tea production base will be built in the middle, east and north of Jurong which have the superior production basis of quality tea. From the view of the development strategy this area, depending on the advantages of area, enterprise, technology, should heighten the advantages of the products, inspire the peasants' enthusiasm to participate, adjust land resource reasonably in law, train peasants, cultivate talented person to develop organic agriculture. Moreover, it can also found cooperative society of organic agriculture to organize the peasant households and, on the basis of organic agriculture production, combine the processing and circulation of organic agriculture products with the agricultural tourism to lengthen organic agriculture industrial chain and promote rapidly the steady and healthy development of organic agriculture.
